There is a section of the developer's guide that talks about a SVN
geotools-commits mailing list. There are two reasons that I see that is needs
attentions: We use GitHub and and this mailing list only receives junk emails.

I see no immediate replacement that uses GitHub.
What is your suggestion for this section? Remove the section altogether or
replace with a re-worked section with screen shots of
https://github.com/geotools/geotools/pulse and
https://github.com/geotools/geotools/commits/master where the same information
can be surmised?
