So last month I noticed that this file was released under a BSD license (rather
then SOSNOKILL License). Today I have an easier question.
Q: Have we modified this file at all?
A: If the file was modified … we can leave our geotools header on top, followed
by the original header
A: If the file is unchanged … we should just restore the original header
