I'm assuming there have been enough changes to the RC1 releases that we
need an RC2? If so I'll see if I can make one over the weekend.
Currently my only issue looks to be a fail in cite-wfs-1.1 - however the
parent job seems to think it completed successfully, so I'm not sure if I'm
reading the logs correctly. I suspect that I don't know enough about cite
testing to tell what's up.
