I cannot build master today due to the following failure:

Failed to read artifact descriptor for edu.ucar:grib:jar:4.3.16: Could not
transfer artifact edu.ucar:grib:pom:4.3.16 from/to unidata (
https://artifacts.unidata.ucar.edu/content/repositories/unidata/): peer not
authenticated
So while I can access this website with a browser (and inspect the
certificate) I am not quite sure how to install the certificate in Java so
maven will trust that website.
Any suggestions?
