Two things:
* Changed phrasing to "Java 7 required" rather than "Java 6 not supported"
it will be more positive
* Noted maintenance work removing geotools filter interfaces (this may
impact client code?)
* Are there any links we can use to document Coverage API changes? Should
of been done as part of accepting pull request.
* listed blog posts and proposals links .... any more?
