I've updated the CSVDataStore to have write functionality. My pull request
is #692. <https://github.com/geotools/geotools/pull/692> This already got
reviewed once by Jody, and I've updated to reflect his suggestions. There's
still some room for improvement and refactoring noted in the pull requests
to make the design a bit better. It should be ready to merge, however.
