Had a quick look.
Looks like there is no need to rename ogc and w3c artifacts - They still
have an org.geotools parent so there will not be any conflict in the repo.
Looks like if we deploy to codehaus repo maven central will eventually sync
up.
For a few things (like jgrid shift) that are not available we can provide a
pom.xml with download instructions...
So no real down check, just need volunteers...
