Further testing suggests this failure may not be related to the known issue
with the OS X renderer tests.
The suggested workarounds, -P interactive.image, -Dskip.image.tests, and
-Dcom.sun.media.jai.disableMedialib=true all have no effect on the failure.
The only failed test I am getting is:
LabelObstacleTest.testExternalGraphicNoObstacle:195 expected:<0.0> but
was:<1.0>
It turns out that this failure is Java 7 specific, with a fix here
<https://github.com/geotools/geotools/commit/429feda96f5e826ba0cf788d9570f036d7beff06>
.
Since 11.5 only supports Java 6 and earlier, we do not need this fix in the
11.5 release.
I am currently attempting to test against a Java 6 jdk.
