Hi all, Last Friday, some of my fellow GeoMesans noticed that ECQL.toFilter writes out PropertyIsNotEqual with != rather than <> (which is what the EBNF specifies). Anyhow, Chris tossed up a PR here: https://github.com/geotools/geotools/pull/772.
