I have discovered a bug in the gt-oracle plugin while testing the geoserver
importer extension against Oracle:
https://osgeo-org.atlassian.net/browse/GEOT-5098

It seems like this may have been caused by a previous gt-oracle bugfix:
https://osgeo-org.atlassian.net/browse/GEOT-4912

I am not sufficiently well versed in the Oracle JDBC to know how to fix
this safely. If someone more familiar with this portion of the codebase
could take a look at this, it would be most appreciated.
