All 12.4 artifacts look good to me. Building from source succeeds on debian/sid with openjdk7 (openjdk-7-jdk 7u79-2.5.5-1 amd64) but only with environment variables set to overcome build known failures in gt-ogr-bridj and gt-coverage on this platform:
