Torben, I compared the fixture on Jenkins to the one I use for postgis, and found that PostgisJNDIDataSourceOnlineTest fails if and only if I set: skip.on.failure=false
I suspect that this test has been broken for a long time and the JDBCTestSupport.connect failure was silently turning it off.
