Frank, please see the thread "Jira workflow problem" in which I propose changing the workflow and whether we first need a backup of the issue database. I have created a new workflow, but I have not yet received all the responses I want. I will be raising this issue again at this week's committee meeting. I would be quite happy to remove the Submitted, Iteration, and Analysis states, but I want to discuss first so our workflow is compatible with uDig.
