Not sure if this is something we would consider, we went to a lot of work
to get on github (and have seen an increase in participation by way of pull
requests).
Still good to know the option is available if needed.

Subject: [OSGeo-Discuss] Requirements for an OSGeo Git service
To: [email protected]
Following recent experiment toward the provision of an OSGeo Git
service, I've drafted a page to gather requirements from projects
developers:
https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/GitServiceRequirement
If you're interested in such a service, please add your name under
an existing requirement line and/or add your own requirements.
The current experiemental git services are described on this page:
https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/SAC:Git_Service
Thanks in advance.
PS: please forward this mail to your project mailing list, for wider
visibility.
