The new geotools-15.x builds have been failing with a Java Heap space
error. It is thrown during the deploy phase (exactly where varies, I have
seen it thrown by the 'Extensions to EPSG authority factory' and by the
'PostGIS DataStore').
Does anyone have a clue about this failure? The branch should be
effectively identical to master right now, yet master passes.
