In answering a question on gis stackexchange

I came across a strange issue, by default GeoTools won't render SVG
external graphics as it can't see SVGGraphicFactory which lives off in
gt-svg. Is this a common enough requirement to make gt-renderer depend on
gt-svg or should we just document it more clearly somewhere?
