You set it in in the setup and force a full reset of the CRS subsystem
after, there are already several tests doing so.

(If I had to do it today I'd rather use a @BeforeClass and @AfterClass).
As an alternative, if the code is supposed to only work with east/north
oriented codes, change it so that it uses CRS.decode(code, true).
