- added a title
- "release" and "maintenance" labels
- you got the reminder that this is the last 15.x release; I changed the
"upgrade now" from a passive recommend planning your upgrade, to a more
direct "upgrade now" (the time for plans has passed).
- Not sure of the value of cutting and pasting the jira release notes?
- It is odd saying that the maintenance branch just get's bug fixes, and
then seeing "new features" listed below :)
The release announcement is fine to send out - thanks for making the release
