This release is made in conjunction with GeoWebCache 1.10.2 and GeoServer
2.10.2.
GeoTools 16.2 is the latest stable release of the 16.x series and is
recommended for all new projects.

- Relax visibility of StyledShapePainter to allow override of vector

- The wfs-ng module is now a drop in replacement and will be replacing
gt-wfs
