In gt-renderer the tests make use of Verra.ttf (to have a common font to
work with across platforms).
I was looking to set up a test dependency on this for the community mapbox
style plugin; when hunting down an example in the community/css module I
noticed tests there are using Arial.
Is Arial now consistently available, or should we continue to use Verra
