Out of the box, everything in raster symbolizer depends solely on env
functions (or other custom functions that one can write, e.g., considering
the current user or other request parameters).
It's not much, but it's still in high demand, especially now that having
multispectral imagery is commonplace (one has to deal with dynamic
channel selection, dynamic contrast stretching and so on, without any
desire to throw a full style back to the client at each style request).
