GeoServer Travis CI instability
Root cause suspected to be EPSG database synchronisation. Proposed fix
includes upgrade to HSQLDB 2.4.1. HSQLDB auto shutdown might also be a
contributor.
GeoServer vulnerabilities
Three GeoServer vulnerabilities responsibly reported. PSC members
working on at least two.
Upgrade JTS to 1.15.0

We are looking at our last GeoServer test failures presently (a borehole
test failure, 1.5d JTS points anyone?)

While we have not noticed any trouble .. Jody was concerned for any
projects serializing JTS geometries.
