I'd like to propose both Nuno and Torben as new members. The choice is imho rather obvious, they both have contributed to a number of modules, know the procedures and how to deal with the community, and speak up during public discussions, a good sign of personal interest in the project. Nuno and Torben, could you please let us know if you are interested? (I've heard a positive from both, but it was some time ago, please confirm). PMC members, would you please cast a vote?
