It looks like is still a little weirdness in the docs from the
s/gt-data/gt-main/g replacement, so its probably best to hold off on
merging until I get a chance to fix that - feel free to review the code/pom
changes though.

There were also a couple of classes in gt-render still using the
org.geotools.styling package - they have been moved to
org.geotools.render.style
to match similar classes in gt-render.

With that, all the split packages in core geotools should be dealt with -
I've been working with porting the GeoTools quickstart app to work on Java
9, with modules declared in module-info, and after these changes it now
compiles without any split-package errors (I'll have a PR for that shortly).
