Hi, as discussed in the last PMC meeting, I've prepared a pull request to enable checkstyle checks: https://github.com/geotools/geotools/pull/2257
I've "only" [1] managed to fix these three bits: * Remove/fix dangling javadoc params * Copyright headers fix * Remove all "DOCUMENT ME!"
