I dropped in on the SAC meeting today as they were set to require ssh keys: https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/2261
I think this would break our maven deploy which uses username and password contained in settings.xml file. As described here - http://docs.geotools.org/latest/developer/procedures/add.html#it-really-is-not-available-how-to-upload I think the key thing is to ensure build.geoserver.org is adjusted to any changes that are made. -- Jody Garnett
