Reminder that the next PMC meeting is scheduled tomorrow, Nov. 11 There has been some discussion on moving the time forward now that Daylight Savings has switched over for everyone, although no clear consensus - both 17:00 <https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=GeoTools+%2F+GeoServer+Meeting&year=2019&month=11&day=12&hour=17&min=00&sec=0&ah=1> UTC and 17:30 <https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?msg=GeoTools+%2F+GeoServer+Meeting&year=2019&month=11&day=12&hour=17&min=30&sec=0&ah=1>UTC have been suggested. Any further discussion is welcome.
For tomorrow, I've got a conflicting meeting and will not be able to make it for the start, but for the future 17:30 would work best for me.
