docs.geoserver.org cert/hosting

Docs cert is fixed now… but future maintenance will likely continue to be
slow

   -

Planet Federal owns this certificate, long term may consider transfer to
   OSGeo

Hosting:

   -

Consider OSGeo SAC hosting - that is always available
   -

GitHubPages … docs are too big

Can live with current solution for now
Oracle vs OpenJDK for releases going forward

Jody had some trouble with JDKs - the oracle installer went away (likely
because of JENKINS-57090
<https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-57090>)

Switch to OpenJDK for releases to avoid this going forward -

Action:

   -

Email the list (these meeting notes are fine)
   -

Create an issue for the issue tracker

Cite Automation RFP

Deadline end of month

No proposals yet

   -

   Some groups have expressed interest

OSGeo Funds (from 2019 budget) expire at end of year

Budget has been increased by $500

Action - Send RFP around to more groups

   -

   OSGeo SAC
