As per last meeting we talked about budget ideas/priorities for next year. The board has asked for projects to come up with budget guidance by December 20th.

GTXML with JAXB I would like to add to this: - Finalize geotools process API since it is unfitted but in production use Since we do have some worthwhile technical debt maintenance activities, I would like to ask for more that the "default" $2000 to support library maintenance activities. - $2000 operational budget to support build / repo / documentation / website - $3000 technical debt maintenance activities: - Replace use of Eclipse Modeling Framework models for common OGC services - Support migration from JAI to ImageN I suspect Ian's preference to replace EMF has the most support.
