Release candidate is underway, thanks for patience on this:
- The 23.x stable branch <https://github.com/geotools/geotools/tree/23.x>
has been created, along with jira, and build.geosever.org jobs
<https://build.geoserver.org/view/geotools/>.
- Master is updated to 24-SNAPSHOT
- I added an ant build/release.xml covering some of the sed scripts,
release instructions updated to reflect this
Next up is the 23-RC (from the new 23.x branch) using the following
revisions:
- GeoTools *23-RC*
- 9c8b82bdfec32f6a8d0ac88bf699ae2762c1338a
- GeoWebCache *1.17-RC*
