Good thinking, updated the repository accordingly.

Worth discussing:

1) The approach has a clear distinction between "snapshot" and "release"
repository (previously repo.boundlessgeo.com was used for both snapshots
and releases) ... I think this approach will build faster
2) The release repository does not currently mirror the GeoSolutions
repository; we may wish to do so to improve build times, or we may wish to
invite the jai-ext and imageio-ext projects to use this repository
