Double checking: 1. There is a backport for docs to bring in <https://github.com/geotools/geotools/pull/2868> to 23.x. 2. There is a new build/release.xml on master for use when making a new branch; this was done during the RC so you should have a normal release ahead of you. 3. GeoPackage had some failures reported against the RC, may wish to ask for explicit testing. 4.
