Hi,
I would like to force axis order to longitude, latitude on a compound CRS with
CRS.decode("EPSG:3903", true); but it doesn't work. This is with 25.1 and the
definition from gt-epsg-hsql.
Exception in thread "main" org.opengis.referencing.FactoryException: Coordinate
system "DefaultCompoundCS" is unsupported.

org.geotools.referencing.factory.TransformedAuthorityFactory.createCS(TransformedAuthorityFactory.java:500)

Before looking into it more deeply I wanted to ask if there's something
fundamentally wrong with what I'm trying or if it's just not implemented.
