Hi all, I've shared this work in progress for the planetary CRS authority (IAU) so that we can discuss it's placement:
https://github.com/geotools/geotools/pull/4284 As you can see, right now the gt-iau-wkt module is placed directly inside "plugins", rather than unsupported. The reason for this is that the module is basically one tiny subclass of FactoryUsingWKT, along with a large property file, which is just data. In other words, it's basically all configuration, code changes related to IAU itself are minimal. Not sure it's worth to go though the usual graduation process. Of course it would have to match the graduated modules guarantees (code coverage, maintainer, documentation), I'm not suggesting to skip that, but just to merge the PR with it directly in supported land.
