working with. Maybe you should not have snippets online. Maybe the
snippets should be included in the distribution.
If you do want to have snippets online, then it should be clearly
indicated with which version of geotools (and jdk) each snippet was
tested.
If you check out the latest IRC log, they were working on a technical
solution to this social problem (sounds like James doesn't it).
The idea is the wiki lets us include snipits from the version control
system. So we can have the best of both worlds, note we can export out
the wiki with each release so users can have the examples for the
release they are working with ....
