Sorry for the delay... I believe that the reason for the delay is that
the demo and some widgets tools are not really maintained by anyone at
this time...

Do you know from which directory MapToolViewer come from? I'm not
familiar with this demo and I have not found it after a quick search in
my demo directory.
Anyway, the error message suggests that the package name doesn't match
the directory structure where the MapToolViewer.class file live. What
was the java command line that you used?
