Hello everyone I have few question regrding GeoTools , i hvae been using these libraries to create a simple map application which is a part of my thesis work ,where i am providing it multimodal input(using voice).
After working with geotools , i have a small application but i need to resolve few issues. they are following... 1. the street Shape file i am using is quite big (i have to use this one) , is there any way to fasten the loading procedure. 2. i have put the labels on the street names but the problme is they are not getting rotated according to the street. 3. is there any way to start the application is desired scale ...little more zoomed in than what styledpane statrs with. 4. how can i fasten up quering the feature.means clicking on a street name and getting its name.
