It seems to me that it could be the same repos. In the case of
http://maven.geotools.fr/repository/ for example, this is the same
repos. It is not clear to me why we should separate them?
However, we may need a Maven 1 and a Maven 2 repository for a while (as
long as both build systems cohabit)...
