Also note that if all your looking to do is put images of cell towers
on, GeoTools will support that with SLD. Instead of using a well known
mark for a point, you can just point at an external graphic. So you
just need a nice graphic (png, jpeg, ect.) of the tower, and then
customize your sld to point at it.
