thats fine i just want to make the build successfully and do not need to
access esri files so can you tell me which changes do i need to make so that
my build can complete successfully?

Hi Guenadi,
that's the situation. We cannot redistribute esri jars, since they're no
longer freely available on the arcsdeonline webpage. So if you need to
access
ArcSDE through geoserver you'll have to put your own jars on the classpath.
They come with the ArcSDE client CD.
Feel free to ask any questions, raise jira issues.
