Is there any way to draw a circle around a point using only styles ? I have a shape whose geometry is of type Point. So I need a way to draw a mark and a circle around the mark. The circle's radius needs to be variable and when I use something like ZoomPane the radius should change when I Zoom in or zoom out. An easy way out is to create a second shapefile with only the outer circles in them. But I need to know if I can avoid it.
