You have to first create the project in Netbeans by clicking on the File --> New project. Follow the instructions to create the project. Then right click on the project name and from the menu pick 'properties'. This will open a new window. Click on the category 'Libraries'. then click on 'Add JAR/Folder'. That's where you will add the jar files.
This is the easy part. Now you have to write code to call the classes in the jar file to create your application.
