Hi Vitaly Geotools doesn't contain such a map catalogue I'm afraid. I know there are companies on the web that sell topo map data - perhaps you could google and see if any of them have a convenient (and hopefully free) catalogue on their web site that you could use. Once you've got the catalogue as, for example, a delimited text file the rest is easy.
