Good day!

I have image of topographic map in .jpg format. I need to write
application that shows this map.

So, I need to bind map image to geographical information. And when I
move mouse over the map I need application shows me geographical
coordinates of current pixel under the mouse. But I don't know how to
do it.

(Of course, user knows coordinates of corners of map and of corners of
grid and can enter them in some configuration file before application
starts...)

So, how to transform pixel coordinates of map image (jpg) to
geographical rectangular coordinates?

Please help me.

Thanks!!!
