Hi,

If you're using maven (the easiest way for GeoTools apps) you can just
swap the version for your project's dependencies over to 2.6-SNAPSHOT
in the pom.xml file.

If you're adding jars manually you can download up to date ones from here...
http://repo.opengeo.org/org/geotools/

JMapPane lives in the gt-mappane directory.
