All labelling options are documented at the GeoServer documentation site here: http://geoserver.org/display/GEOSDOC/LabelingOptions Oh, following line and perpedicular displacement do not work togheter, I was missing a functionality in JTS to implement it (one sided buffer). If anybody has time to work on that I would be happy to integrate it into the labeller.
