I'm having a problem when editing features via ArcSde Datastore
My environment is the following:
ArcSde 9.2 Service Pack 6
AcrGisDesktop 9.2 SP6
jpe92_sdk.jar jsde92_sdk.jar (sp6)
Geotools 2.5.7
I'm editing a versioned alphanumeric table which contains route information
about a LRS featureclass. The editing process with Geotools doesn't show any
error and the data is properly updated.
The problem comes when I try to edit that table with ArcMap. We've customized
Arcmap to edit geometries and its alphanumeric related data. First of all, the
normal action sequence of the editing user interface changes from: Start
editing -> stop editing -> save edits? Yes -> data saved to both tables To:
Start editing -> stop editing -> data saved just to geographic table (it
doesn't ask for saving data). When we force arcmap via debugging to write into
the alphanumeric table we receive the following exception:
ESRI.ArcGIS.Geodatabase.IWorkspaceEdit.StartEditOperation()
The table does not have an OID Field. [GIS_BDVIES.VIES]
But GIS_BDVIES.VIES is not the table we are trying to edit!!
