Hi Sun, Are you referring to the Canadian NADCON data ? If so, there is the NADCONTransform class in the gt-referencing module but I've just had a look at the javadocs and source and there isn't any mention of using .dac files. The source expects for .los/a or .las/a file suffix. But perhaps if you know the structure of the .dac file you could adapt the NADCONTransform code.
