I'm creating a GIS viewer to help me learn the concepts of GIS and GeoTools. I'd like to add measuring functionality to my viewer. For example - a user can click the mouse, then drag the mouse to a new location and release the mouse. I'd like my code to measure the distance the mouse was dragged. What is the best approach to drawing a line over the mapPane? Are there any examples?
