Hi Mr Tejas: I work for a living, and the company that employees me does offer some attractive support packages :-) Please use the geotools user list to ask questions; rather then emailing me directly. You will find commercial support options (from a number of vendors) on the website.
Image moasic will use your directory of images "as is" and you will not need to join them up. You can configure geoserver to point at your directory of images; and serve it up to an open layers browser application.
